Bills, WIFI, and service charges included in the rent.
Fully equipped kitchen, including toaster, coffee machine, hobs, pans, cutlery, glassware, serving dishes, fridge, oven, microwave oven. In your temporary home you should have all the equipment to prepare a hot meal for at least 3 people.
Other amenities you would expect to find in a servicided apartment: toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning detergent, tools for cleaning, vacuum cleaner, ironing equiplment, and a laundry rack.
Living area with smart TV, showing programs in English (and possibly other foreign languages).
At least two sets of towels, and bed linen.
A washing machine in your apartment. Alternatively a communal laundry room in the condominium.
Professional cleaning service, with the option from daily to one-time cleaning. You only have to decide the service you need, and tell the building manager.
Simple check in, and check out. Keys available via a safety deposit box, or collection from the juristic person. This mean you would be able to check in your rented apartment at any time of the day or the night.
Responsive customer service, availabe 24 hours a day, and ready to help you in case something in the apartment is not working as expected. For example WIFI signal not strong enought, or air-con not cooling properly.
